Fine Sand Recovery Machine
The pump transports the sand-water mixture to the hydrocyclone, where the fine sand is classified and concentrated through centrifugal separation. The fine sand is then supplied to the vibrating screen through the sediment outlet, where it undergoes dewatering, effectively separating fine sand from water. A small amount of fine sand and mud is returned to the washing tank via the return box, and when the liquid level in the washing tank is too high, it is discharged through the outlet. The linear vibrating screen recovers the material with a weight concentration of 70%-85%. The fineness modulus can be adjusted by changing the pump speed, altering the slurry concentration, adjusting the overflow water volume, or replacing the sediment outlet. This process completes the functions of washing, dewatering, and classification.

⊙Application Field
The fine sand recovery machine is widely used in various industries, including construction, mining, and environmental protection. It effectively recovers fine sand from wastewater, making it ideal for applications in sand and gravel production, concrete manufacturing, and quarry operations. Additionally, it is utilized in the recycling of materials from dredging projects and for managing sedimentation in wastewater treatment plants, contributing to sustainable practices and resource conservation in multiple sectors.
⊙Machine Structure and Working Principle
The fine sand recovery machine operates by using a combination of a slurry pump and a cyclone separator. The pump transports the sand-water mixture to the cyclone, where centrifugal forces separate fine sand from water and impurities. The concentrated fine sand is then discharged through a discharge port, while excess water is removed to ensure effective separation. The machine typically includes a vibrating screen to further dewater the sand and facilitate efficient recovery. This system allows for adjustable parameters to optimize the recovery process, ensuring high efficiency and performance in various applications.
⊙Customer case
